Holiday Clean Up
Happy Holidays!
Just a reminder: if we can all do our part and do some cleaning around the common areas this weekend. We will be cleaning up some of the leaves and garbage in the parking area; the common stairs need to be swept/vacuumed and the stairs leading down to the basement storage have garbage that is dangerously obstructive and needs to be cleaned.
This is all better done before the rain which is coming every day next week, especially as it washes the leaves and garbage in the drain and makes is difficult to clean up.
Also, we have obtained the cement for the front – it is a cement “resurfacer” and the total cost was only $38.67! However, this *must* be done on a day with no rain and temperatures above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Perhaps after the next condo meeting on Dec 3rd? We are biding time on this given it will only get colder…
