Letter to Tenants

Dear all,

First: there is a lot of garbage piling up in the back with all the fall leaves and blowing wind. We’d like to setup some time this week where we all spend an hour cleaning up, either Sunday or next Thanksgiving through Sunday.

Can you let us know when is best for this and we can all get together to clean?

Also, project reminder:

- Andy and Rhett will get quote for QuikDry cement today, will advise on cost. We need to schedule work on the front, perhaps next weekend assuming the cost is acceptable.
- Devin, please work on the on-line bids for the Equinox leak fixing and prepare finances for the next meeting
- Marty, please have the conversation with your insurance company to see what they can provide cheaper/better than what we currently have
